We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information through this site — no pricing is quoted online, and no purchases are made here.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, how people arrive here, and which buttons and links are clicked (including WhatsApp and phone-call clicks, and form submissions). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and pages visited. Form submissions on this site are processed using EmailJS, a third-party service that delivers your submission to our email inbox and, if you provide an email address, sends you an automatic confirmation. EmailJS processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy, available at emailjs.com. We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by Nigerian law, or with your explicit consent (for example, if you agree to be named as a client reference).
If you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) own privacy policy and terms, which we do not control.
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, follow up on a potential project, and maintain business records — typically no longer than a few years unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, or contractual reasons.
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to ask us what information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it, subject to any legal obligation we may have to keep it.
